The Challenges of Creating an Effective Training Programme in Practice (and how to overcome them)
Modern vet practices are under pressure. The recruitment crisis and a rising pet population has left many practices at breaking point. Whether it is to expand or replace, recruiting a new team member leaves you conflicted, you are desperate to get help but stressed out by the additional work load training a new team member will involve.
But help is at hand, in this talk Laura Shaw from Training-Progress will discuss how to design and deliver a training programme which will relieve the pressure on your senior team members while delivering confident and consistently trained team members.
Training-Progress are also sponsoring Rebound, Rebuild, Reimagine with Peter Weinstein.
In the wake of the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and the current recruiting crisis in the veterinary profession, Peter will be looking at whether practices should be rebouding to where they were before, rebuilding on the same foundations or reimagining what veterinary practices will look like in the future.
