We have been delighted with the feedback we have received for our Free Controlled Drugs e-learning modules. The modules were created in conjunction with Pam Mosedale BVetMed MRCVS, who also narrated them. The topic was chosen as one with which practices often struggle prior to their RCVS Practice Standards Inspection. Many of our client practices use Training-Progress to ensure their team is fully trained on all the tasks required for the Practice Standards inspection and also that they have proof of training. The system also shows the development of protocols and the sharing of Quality Improvements in practice.
Quality Content and Learning Experience
We received 4.9/5 for quality of the content and 4.6/5 for the quality of the learning experience in a recent survey.
Interestingly, we received 4.6/5 for increasing the respondents’ knowledge of the subject area. This is encouraging as it shows that we have really made a difference in those practices.
