Appraisals and CV’s

The reporting systems provide an invaluable resource for appraisal and development meetings. They give clear objective evidence of training which has been undertaken in a specified period. This contrasts with the purely subjective assessment which is commonly employed. In addition Training-Progress can provide personal action plans for the development phase of these meetings. Action plans are created by Training-Progress, based on the team members’ job role, to reflect the needs of the business but crucially they can be elaborated to reflect the skills and personal training needs of the individual team member. 
The reporting system can be used by individuals as they move on in their career to create a personal training CV, showing the skills they have acquired. Where team members are being redeployed to another branch of the same organisation it is possible to transfer their complete training records with them.
