Personal Development Plans

When an individual is appointed within the business to a job role a training plan is automatically created. This incorporates all of the work areas and elements that their role encompasses. The elements have a level of importance and a time frame for completion assigned. Combining this data creates a personalised training schedule for each individual – a Personal Development Plan. Team members are easily able to see what is expected of them and when. The training plan can be displayed to show what has been completed, what is expected to be completed over the next month (or other time frame) and which elements (if any) are overdue for completion. 
The aim of this is to change the structure of training from the traditional dynamic of a top-down “we will now train you on X, Y & Z” to the individual Team Member organising and requesting their own training. A bottom-up, empowered, self-motivated dynamic.
